Senior Clinical Services Officer Job Summary

This role is responsible for providing senior-level clinical leadership to community staff teams in relation to the clinical needs of residents and service users. The successful candidate will be a qualified nurse with experience in disability services management. They will be responsible for developing and delivering bespoke clinical supports, ensuring the competence of healthcare professionals and support staff. This includes providing oversight, support, direction and training on operational requirements of organisations policy and procedures.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Provide senior-level clinical leadership to community staff teams.
  2. Develop and deliver bespoke clinical supports.
  3. Design and implement plans, interventions and techniques to address support needs of community members.
  4. Collaborate with residents, families and staff teams to develop and review personal plans and support plans.
