Job Description:

As a Person in Charge Lead, you will play a key role in leading and managing our residential services, ensuring the highest standards of care and support are delivered to our service users.

About the Job:

  • Take the lead on shift when on duty in the service, ensuring the safety and well-being of service users and staff.
  • Assist in assessing the needs of service users and developing individualized care plans.
  • Ensure the implementation of appropriate care interventions and monitor progress and outcomes.

Key Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a management or supervisory role in health or social care.
  • A relevant degree (minimum level 7) in Social or Health Care, and a Level 6 Management qualification.
  • A proven track record of managing a residential service that meets quality, regulatory, and legislative requirements.
