Salary and Benefits:

Job Description:

The successful candidate will lead and oversee the HR department, driving the people strategy and fostering a positive work environment. Key responsibilities include managing all recruitment activities, leading on employee relations cases, organising training and development initiatives, liaising with payroll and utilizing HR systems to update employee records.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years Human Resources experience
  • Experienced in recruitment, employee relations, employee engagement and performance management
  • Skilled in liaising with payroll and devising HR Strategy
  • Proficient in using HR Systems
  • Obtained degree in HRM and HR Qualification
