At Intercom, we're looking for a Customer Experience Leader to join our team and help drive exceptional customer support.
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in customer support/service capacity, preferably in a SaaS or technology company. They should also have at least 3 years of experience in a role where they directly led and managed a team of people and built a strong team culture.
We're seeking someone with strong communication/writing skills and interpersonal skills, who can lead and collaborate with global peers asynchronously. The successful candidate will have previous experience managing a team to metrics, hosting regular 1:1s, performance reviews, performance improvement plans, and running team meetings.
We believe that great customer support is key to our success, and we're looking for someone who shares this passion. The ideal candidate will be obsessed with the customer experience, have a proven track record of building customer obsession into customer interactions, processes, and culture, and have comprehensive knowledge of and interest in the technology industry.
