We are expanding our branch network across Ireland and actively recruiting new team members for a challenging role as an Insurance Representative based in Bray Co. Wicklow.

This is a permanent position with comprehensive training provided, focusing on developing customer service skills and promoting AXA within communities and businesses.

Your responsibilities will include engaging face-to-face with customers in a local branch, identifying and meeting their needs for new business and renewals, and handling service interactions.

  • No prior experience required; customer service skills are essential.
  • Friendly and effective communication skills.
  • Resilience and persistence to meet sales targets.
  • Computer literacy and ability to learn multiple systems.
  • Minimum education: Leaving Certificate or equivalent.
