Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring timely order fulfillment, and maintaining accurate records.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, both verbally and written, with the ability to work well under pressure. You will be organized, with a keen eye for detail, and possess excellent problem-solving skills.

In this role, you will work closely with our logistics team to ensure seamless delivery of products to our customers. You will also be responsible for investigating any issues or discrepancies and communicating with customers in a professional and courteous manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and improve processes.
  • IT Literacy: Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and experience with SAP administration is an asset.
