Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse tenders and bids to ensure client value for money
  • Solve construction disputes and claims in a transparent manner
  • Foster high performance and growth among employees through mentorship and leadership
  • Assist in the preparation of final accounts, including handling any claims to ensure the client receives best value from works undertaken
  • Create estimates and cost plans for key client developments
  • Support project management with excellent cost documentation and timely communication
  • Participate in the tender process, from initial documentation through analysis and reporting
  • Oversee project spend by creating valuations and cost reports, and communicate variations clearly to the team

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Quantitative surveying degree or comparable experience
  • Experience in cost management with varied contracting strategies
  • Technical understanding within mechanical, electrical, process, or CSA fields
  • Three years' experience in Oil and Gas, Pharma, or Heavy Industrial projects
  • Ability to read services drawings and schematics
  • Excellent IT, written, and verbal communication skills
