Process Management Professional

As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution and optimization of problem and knowledge management processes. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, as well as the capacity to manage multiple priorities.

Working closely with process owners, your primary objective will be to implement, monitor, measure, train, and improve processes aligned with ITIL frameworks. You will be working in a dynamic environment where collaboration, adaptability, and a willingness to learn are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of problem and knowledge management processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement and develop strategies for enhancement.
  • Develop and maintain metrics to measure process effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members to ensure they possess the necessary skills to execute processes effectively.
  • Communicate process changes and updates to relevant stakeholders.
