Global Transformation Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Transformation Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business transformation and process improvement across our operations.

This role requires a strong understanding of business processes and systems, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop strategic plans to address them.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions. They will also possess certifications such as PMP, FPX, APICS, Lean/Six Sigma, or equivalent project management/process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business transformation and process improvement
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions
  • Lead workshops, interviews, and validation sessions to understand current processes and identify gaps
  • Translate business requirements into scalable system templates to support multiple regions
  • Define system architecture and configuration specifications ensuring compliance with international trade regulations
Requirements
  • Minimum of high school or equivalent; bachelor's degree strongly preferred
  • Certifications in PMP, FPX, APICS, Lean/Six Sigma, or equivalent project management/process improvement
Preferred Qualifications
  • Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences, or other regulated industry experience
  • Experience leading multi-functional decision-making bodies
Other Requirements
  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
  • Up to 50% domestic and international travel may be required

Location note: Multiple locations available. Alternate locations may be considered for the right candidate.
