Job Title: Process Optimization Lead
This role involves overseeing the entire design-to-production-to-site workflow, ensuring seamless operations planning and cross-functional alignment.
The successful candidate will identify and implement process improvements, drive continuous innovation, and develop operational strategies that support business growth and profitability.
- Manage and optimize the design-to-production-to-site workflow.
- Lead operations planning and scheduling.
- Establish and monitor KPIs across design, production, contracts, and purchasing.
- Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities.
- Work closely with senior leaders to develop operational strategies.
- Mentor a team of senior leaders and set clear goals and expectations.
- E nsure compliance with relevant health & safety legislation and environmental standards.
- Control operational costs, including production costs, labour, logistics, and materials.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- A degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (desired).
- Minimum 5 years experience in an operations leadership role.
- Strong technical, engineering, and production management-based experience within a volume manufacturing business.
- Effective leadership and communication skills.
