Process Improvement Manager

The ideal candidate will have expertise in medical device manufacturing and a strong background in process improvement.
- We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to ensure our processes are robust, compliant, and efficient.
- This includes implementing lean principles and total productive maintenance, as well as training staff on these methodologies.
The successful candidate will be able to analyze and improve existing manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
They will also be responsible for developing and implementing new procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Beyond technical skills, the right candidate will have excellent communication and project management skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
