About the Role

As a key member of the audit team, you will work closely with clients globally, identifying new business opportunities and providing expert guidance and support.

You will also be responsible for mentoring junior members of the team, ensuring that the highest standards are maintained throughout the entire audit process.

This includes taking responsibility for managing a large and varied portfolio of clients, preparing and presenting business tenders to develop and grow your client base, and working capital management.

Additionally, you will be responsible for client fee negotiation, supervising and training junior staff under tight deadlines, and cross-business unit liaison with other teams.

About You
  • We are looking for individuals with an ACA or ACCA qualification and minimum 7+ years' experience in auditing and assurance.
  • Strong technical skills in Irish GAAP and auditing standards are essential, with IFRS experience being an advantage.
  • Electronic auditing experience and the ability to motivate and manage staff under tight deadlines is also required.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience working as part of a team supporting others, commercial awareness, and experience gained in a Big 4 accounting firm would be advantageous.
