Job Role: Project Scheduler

Job Description:

The primary objective of this role is to design and manage project schedules that guarantee timely completion within budgetary constraints.

  • Develop detailed project plans using industry-standard scheduling software.
  • Break down project scope into manageable tasks, ensuring comprehensive coverage and alignment with project objectives.
  • Monitor and update project progress against the baseline schedule, maintaining accuracy and transparency.
  • Identify deviations from the plan, perform critical path analyses, and resolve resource conflicts.
  • Collaborate with project teams, site staff, and subcontractors to gather and validate schedule-related data.
  • Organize regular progress meetings with stakeholders to review project timelines, address delays, and propose corrective actions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you must possess:

  • Proficiency in industry-standard scheduling software.
  • A deep understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and resource management.
  • Knowledge of key project management principles (e.g., critical path method, earned value analysis).
  • Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities.
