
Equipment Support Specialist

Our company is seeking skilled professionals to support the fuel industry by delivering comprehensive service support to customers. This role involves commissioning, servicing, repairs, calibration, and validation of equipment on-site.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose faults, carrying out necessary repairs promptly and effectively.
- Achieve customer satisfaction through accurate completion of Service Reports and obtaining customer signatures.
- Adhere to site safety rules and participate in customer site inductions.
- Provide on-site training to both customers and colleagues as required.
- Participate in the on-call rota for after-hours support.
- Maintain clear communication with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Produce technical documentation in clear English when needed.
- Work independently and as part of a wider engineering team.
The ideal candidate will possess electrical or electro-mechanical certifications/training, a full driving licence, valid Safe Pass certification, and an up-to-date Manual Handling certificate.
Essential Qualifications & Certifications:- Electrical or Electro-Mechanical certifications/training.
