We are seeking a professional to fill the role of Engineering Support Specialist in our Cork office. If you have an engineering mindset and excellent communication skills, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client interactions from initial contact through to final delivery of parts on-site.
  • Handle technical queries from major pharmaceutical clients with expertise in equipment such as pumps, valves, and stainless steel pipework.
  • Assist clients in selecting the best-fit equipment by leveraging your technical knowledge.
  • Oversee daily tasks including costing, scheduling, pricing, and handling requests for quotation.
Requirements:
  • Hold an engineering qualification in Mechanical, Process, or Chemical Engineering (a strong advantage).
  • Have a solid understanding of equipment mechanics.
  • Possess exceptional communication skills to build rapport and provide clear support.
  • Be self-motivated, proactive, and organized with the ability to work independently.

This is a permanent, office-based role where you will be part of a collaborative team at Morgan McKinley in Cork.
