Office Administration Assistants

We are seeking highly organized and efficient individuals to join our team as Admin Assistants. The role involves providing administrative support to our Public Sector client in Newry, working closely with the Home Care Team. This is a temporary position initially for 3 months, with the possibility of extension.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of Home Care Assistants' availability and matching this against work requirements. They will also be involved in administration tasks, including allocation of duties, managing leave, and arranging cover when needed.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. If you have a strong background in administration and are looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply.
Main Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- 4 GCSEs at grade C or above (including Maths and English)
- 1 year's experience in administration
