Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our infrastructure services team. As Director of Infrastructure Services, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful operation and delivery of our campus infrastructure.

You will work closely with our finance team to manage a Capital Investment Plan, overseeing financial management and budgeting. Additionally, you will lead a team of professionals in Estates & Campus Planning, including Planning, Engineering, Estates Operations, Health & Safety, Facilities, Capital Works, Campus Systems, and Capital Contracts.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Operational delivery of infrastructure programmes
  • Leadership, reporting, budgeting, strategic planning, governance, operations, people management, and financial management of campus infrastructure and estates
  • Leveraging digital technology and financial investment solutions to balance strategic capital and operational expenditures
Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Bachelor's degree from a top University
  • Minimum 8 years' relevant experience in real estate, facilities, or campus management
  • Experience of managing infrastructural programmes
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
