As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for providing customers with technical advice and training on the safe and effective use of surgical products and techniques in theatre settings. You will also engage with existing and new surgeons to develop sales opportunities and advise leads, as well as support customers with stock management and equipment activities.
This role requires 2-5 years of surgical experience (Scrub Nurse) and specific experience in surgical orthopaedics. You will be expected to maintain up-to-date records of customer activity on the company's CRM system and support the development of product knowledge with the sales team.
In return, you can expect a competitive package including €45k - €55k basic salary, company car, pension, lunch allowance, and life assurance cover. This role offers the chance to work in a clinical environment, drive business growth, and develop your skills in product support and sales.
- Develop and implement product strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Provide customers with technical advice and appropriate training on the safe and effective use of the company's products and surgical techniques, primarily in a theatre setting
- Engage with both existing and new surgeons to develop robust sales opportunity pipeline and advise appropriate sales leads
