Strategic Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Strategic Validation Tester. This role requires expertise in control assessment, quality control/validation testing, and risk management.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial services, with experience in internal audit or testing. They will be responsible for drafting and executing quality control/validation testing plans, identifying and analyzing risks, and ensuring high-quality workpaper standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications- Proven experience in financial services, with a focus on control assessment, quality control/validation testing, and risk management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and analyze complex issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and accountability.
