Role Overview

This entry-level position offers an opportunity to join a leading insurance organization and develop skills in policy renewal processing and administration.

The ideal candidate will support the Renewal team by accurately issuing renewal terms, ensuring documentation is checked and uploaded correctly, and providing backup support during busy periods or when capacity is reduced.

As part of our development pipeline, this role provides a clear progression path to more senior positions within the Renewals team, such as Renewal Issuer and Chaser – Renewal Handler, MTA Team Member, and Commercial department roles.
