We are seeking an experienced IT Deskside Support Specialist to join our team in Dublin. As a key member of our IT organisation, you will be responsible for providing 2nd and 3rd level technical support to internal stakeholders, ensuring prompt resolution of incidents and maintenance of IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Rollout new laptops and desktops to replace older equipment
  • Maintain the quality of the current PC fleet
  • Document or update processes to optimise the service provided

Requirements

  • Strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities
  • A good understanding of PC hardware and Windows operating systems
  • Track record in managing small to medium-sized projects
