The ideal candidate will have a degree in Social Work and registration with CORU, as well as experience in mental health services or a related healthcare setting. They will be committed to person-centered and recovery-focused care, with opportunities for continuous professional development and career progression within our supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop tailored care plans for clients.
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions to support clients' mental health and social well-being.
