Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Delivery Manager to spearhead the execution of strategic digital initiatives across business lines and global geographies.

This role requires a proven track record in driving customer engagement through innovative social, mobile, web, and marketing automation solutions.

  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define program vision, objectives, and success metrics.
  • Lead portfolio planning and prioritization, ensuring alignment with enterprise digital strategy and customer experience goals.
  • Establish governance frameworks to monitor performance, manage risks, and ensure transparency across all program activities.
Key Responsibilities

This position entails overseeing the delivery of high-value digital initiatives, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.

You will be accountable for shaping strategic direction, overseeing portfolio governance, and driving proactive risk management.

  1. Develop and implement effective incident response protocols, escalation paths, and communication plans.
  2. Maintain strong relationships with support teams and business stakeholders to minimize disruption and restore services efficiently.
Requirements and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 9 years of experience in project management, business systems analysis, or software development.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead Agile Scrum teams.
  • Knowledge of software development practices (e.g. Agile/Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence).
