You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure that all residents receive comprehensive care, tailored to their individual needs. Your expertise and passion for delivering person-centered care will make a real difference in the lives of those we support.
Responsibilities:- Ensure that all residents are treated with dignity, respect, and compassion, and that their individual needs are met.
- Maintain professional standards of nursing practice, adhering to relevant legislation and organizational policies.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions of care and optimal resident outcomes.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans that reflect individual resident needs and goals.
- Registered on the Irish Live Register (NMBI) with an active PIN.
- Fluent English language skills (verbal and written) and eligibility to work in Ireland.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- At least one year of relevant experience in a nursing care setting.
- Competitive hourly rate (€18.10-€28.54).
