Project Manager - Cyber Security Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead our IT and Cyber Security projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing complex business and technology transformation programmes, with a strong understanding of risk, compliance, and resilience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, managing interdependencies across workstreams from initiation through to post-implementation.
- Proactively identify and manage risks and issues, driving innovative solutions to ensure delivery against key project KPIs.
- Ensure the programme is adequately resourced and funded to meet quality standards and delivery timelines.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, providing regular updates and maintaining transparency and alignment throughout the programme lifecycle.
- Establish and maintain appropriate governance structures, ensuring consistent reporting and stakeholder engagement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 10+ years of project management experience, including a minimum of 5 years delivering large-scale, complex business and technology transformation programmes.
- Proven experience in implementing major cyber security projects, with a strong understanding of risk, compliance, and resilience.
- Demonstrated ability to manage integrated teams comprising internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and lead change across the organization.
- Strong adaptability in dynamic business environments with multiple competing priorities.
