
Cyber Security Manager

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the cyber security function. This includes overseeing the development and implementation of information security policies, procedures and standards to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of our data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective information security strategies and risk management plans.
- Lead and manage a team of cyber security professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their duties effectively.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all aspects of business operations are aligned with our cyber security policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including vendors and partners, to ensure that we are working together effectively to mitigate cyber security risks.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in cyber security, with a strong understanding of security principles, practices and technologies.
- Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve their best.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate cyber security risks.
