**Job Opportunity**

We are seeking a skilled eCommerce Trading Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth and ensuring the execution of our digital trading strategy in either the Swiss or Belgian market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own market-level performance KPIs (BV, net revenue, conversion, AOV, margin) and drive actions to exceed targets.
  • Localize and implement the trading strategy, ensuring alignment with central objectives and market dynamics.
  • Define, execute, and optimize discounting and promotional strategies within budget frameworks.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years' experience in eCommerce, trading, or digital merchandising.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to make strategic, data-informed decisions independently.
  • Working knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, PowerBI), Excel, and CMS systems.
