Account Management Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to drive digital innovation and transformation across industries.

This role is ideal for individuals who are fluent in any Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and English, with experience working at a digital agency, managing client campaigns, or in account management.

The successful candidate will have a strong interest in digital marketing and some hands-on experience or relevant coursework.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a high volume of both new and existing accounts
  • Retain and grow revenue within your accounts
  • Collaborate with the sales team to maintain and grow client relationships
  • Upsell, cross-sell, and activate both new and existing accounts
  • Communicate new features and enhancements to the product team
  • Track, analyze, and report on key metrics and trends to internal teams and clients
  • Establish clear advertising goals with clients, including KPIs such as CPA, ROI, ROAS, and CPC

About the Role:

  • Demonstrated experience in Advertising Technology or campaign management
  • Proven track record in a sales or account management role
  • Knowledge of the latest trends in online marketing
  • Able to interface with clients and provide strategic insights
  • Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Office G Suite)
