We are seeking an experienced Insurance Policy Coordinator to join our team at Awp Health & Life Sa. The successful candidate will have a strong background in policy administration, with experience working in a similar role and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the policy management function, including processing new business, renewals and amendments. You will also be expected to provide excellent customer service, responding to client queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of our services, and will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reports. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, with excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the policy management function, including processing new business, renewals and amendments
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to client queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of our services
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements:
- 1-2 years' experience in a policy administration role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proactive, solution-focused and able to think critically
