Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the policy management function, including processing new business, renewals and amendments
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to client queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of our services
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years' experience in a policy administration role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Proactive, solution-focused and able to think critically
