The Role:

  • Provide specialist advice across all aspects of trade mark law in Ireland and internationally
  • Manage international and domestic trade mark portfolios

  • Handle contentious and non-contentious IP matters, including oppositions, infringements, and enforcement
  • Work closely with clients from various sectors, including tech, retail, pharma, and FMCG

Requirements:

  • Qualified Trade Mark Attorney or recently qualified (NQ+)
  • Strong academic background and relevant IP experience
  • Excellent knowledge of trade mark law and practice in Ireland and the EU
  • Experience managing filings, oppositions, and enforcement, preferably with international portfolios
  • Commercially minded with excellent client service and communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach
