Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to oversee the execution of fire protection systems on our projects.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of managing complex construction projects, with expertise in fire protection and a proven ability to deliver results on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and managing project plans and schedules;
  • Coordinating with design teams to ensure all materials, designs and equipment are available ahead of need;
  • Managing project changes and ensuring a verifiable paper trail exists for all changes;
  • Collaborating with the planning department to meet client's schedule needs and deliver milestones ahead of schedule;
  • Clarifying design deliverables and ensuring design schedules are met with the Client, Main Contractor and Design department.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • 5-7 years' experience working with a recognised contractor and multi-disciplinary construction teams;
  • A trade and/or relevant third level qualification;
  • Sprinkler and Fire Protection experience and exposure;
  • Demonstrated capability in Construction delivery within specialised industrial sectors;
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety;
  • Proven ability to understand and contribute to the development of project implementation for construction projects.
