We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pension and Benefits Manager to join our team in Blackrock.
Key Responsibilities- Pension Scheme Management: Oversee and manage the Zurich Ireland defined benefit pension scheme, including acting as pension manager and scheme secretary.
- Benefit Arrangements: Responsible for the day-to-day management and governance of employee benefits, including supporting the Trustee, Key Function Holders, and pensions administration team.
- Liaison and Communication: Liaise between the Trustee and companies to ensure alignment and understanding on funding and investment strategy, and communicate with employees and management on overall pension provision and other benefits.
- A primary degree and/or relevant professional qualification.
- Minimum five years' experience in pension schemes and related regulatory environments.
- Strong technical knowledge of defined benefit pension schemes, investments, and administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
