Claims Handler Position

This role involves managing claims from start to finish, ensuring each case is handled efficiently, fairly, and within agreed authority levels.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing claims from notification to closure.
  • Handling phone and written communication with policyholders and their representatives.
  • Ensuring claims are processed accurately and in line with regulations.
  • Working with the team to monitor workflow and assist with claims investigations.
  • Providing technical advice on claims processes and next steps.

Requirements for this position include:

  • APA qualification.
  • Insurance experience - customer service or sales.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently, meet targets, and ensure high standards.
