Claims Handler Position
This role involves managing claims from start to finish, ensuring each case is handled efficiently, fairly, and within agreed authority levels.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing claims from notification to closure.
- Handling phone and written communication with policyholders and their representatives.
- Ensuring claims are processed accurately and in line with regulations.
- Working with the team to monitor workflow and assist with claims investigations.
- Providing technical advice on claims processes and next steps.
Requirements for this position include:
- APA qualification.
- Insurance experience - customer service or sales.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work efficiently, meet targets, and ensure high standards.
