This position is within the Motor Division and involves desktop administration, investigation, and negotiation of motor claims, including handling complaints for a key motor client.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of 150+ motor and casualty files, ensuring timely closure and quality standards
  • Handle complaints and conduct liability investigations
  • Investigate and settle claims proactively and compliantly
  • Manage relationships with suppliers/vendors
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Collaborate with clients and internal departments
  • Represent the company professionally and positively
  • Maintain a positive attitude amidst challenges and changing needs
  • Be flexible with working hours and willing to travel if required

Qualifications and Skills:

  • APA qualification in insurance
  • Experience with motor and/or casualty claims handling
  • Strong decision-making and numeric skills
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Insurance background is advantageous
  • Motivated, proactive, and influential
  • Attention to detail and negotiation skills

Experience:

  • 2-3 years minimum motor/casualty claims handling experience
