Motor Claims Resolution Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Motor Claims Handler. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing first notification of Own Damage and Third Party liability claims.
You will proactively treat and settle claims, manage a portfolio of claims, and handle all claims within the appropriate service levels. Additionally, you will identify potentially fraudulent cases and recovery cases, work flexibly in the Motor Claims Team to meet customer needs, perform unit administration duties, and requisition cheques as required within company guidelines.
Key Requirements/Skills & ExperienceTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 1 year's experience within a Financial Services role.
- Experience in a Customer-facing role, maintaining a standard of quality while providing superior Customer Service.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence internal and external customers.
