Business Analyst for Data Migration Expert

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team in Dublin. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful migration of data from legacy systems to new system software/applications.

Your primary responsibility will be to capture, validate and document business requirements related to data migration. You will also be responsible for planning, implementing and managing the migration process.

The ideal candidate will have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, as well as excellent problem-solving capabilities and logical thinking skills. You will also have good experience in handling complex data migration projects in a banking domain, preferably in lending space.

In addition to your technical skills, you will possess strong analytical skills and the ability to recognize patterns in data sets and structures. You will also be able to evaluate data sources and foresee obstacles that may cause issues during the migration process.

You will be working closely with Business and Technology teams to realize data migration requirements, while enabling best-in-class customer experiences. Your strong communication skills will enable you to effectively manage data migration processes and procedures with complex data structures and tables.
