A leading infrastructure company is seeking a seasoned financial expert to spearhead their financial strategy and operations.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and supporting key initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all finance operations across Ireland and the UK.
  • Develop and implement timely and accurate financial reports, forecasts, and variance analysis.
  • Provide insightful data-driven recommendations to inform pricing strategies, investments, and strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with leadership on key projects, funding strategies, and sustainability initiatives.
  • Support grant applications and financial reporting for sustainability-related projects.
  • Lead and mentor a team of professionals across AP, AR, Payroll, and Reporting.
  • Drive performance excellence through clear goal-setting and leadership by example.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA).
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in a scaling or high-growth business, preferably in EV, tech, or cleantech sectors.
  • Strong proficiency in financial systems such as NetSuite, Xero, or Sage, along with excellent Excel skills.
  • A hands-on leader with exceptional communication and analytical skills.
