Supply Chain Manager Role Overview


We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with expertise in supply chain management, customer relationship building, and leadership.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Design and implement effective supply planning strategies that ensure continuity of supply, optimize business value, and meet customer commitments.
  • Support the site's sales and operations planning process and collaborate with global stakeholders to drive value creation.
  • Lead supplier relationship management, evaluating vendor performance and developing capabilities to meet quality, delivery, and cost requirements.
  • Embed risk management processes to reduce supply risk exposure and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Advocate for process improvements, leveraging data analytics and digital technologies to drive informed decision-making and enhance operational performance.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Own and develop strategic customer relationships, driving business performance and securing long-term commercial partnerships.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to implement account strategies and drive commercial and operational performance.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Chemistry, or Engineering.
  • Demonstrated track-record of achievement in supply chain planning, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead change and demonstrate customer focus, problem-solving skills, and working knowledge of SAP.
