Site Manager for Residential Development

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing large-scale projects, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the site management team to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and implement effective site management strategies to minimize delays and optimize resources.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in managing residential and commercial projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Valid Safe Pass & Manual Handling certification, and full Irish Driving Licence.
