We are seeking a skilled researcher to develop instruments in allied health, specifically in psychometrics and applied statistics. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating new instruments.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the development of high-quality research tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in psychometrics, statistics, or a related field, as well as experience with instrument development.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement new instruments in allied health, focusing on psychometrics and applied statistics.
- Analyze existing literature and data to inform instrument development.
- Collaborate with researchers from various disciplines to ensure that instruments meet the needs of the research community.
- Design and implement studies to test the validity and reliability of developed instruments.
- PhD in Psychometrics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience with instrument development, psychometrics, and statistical analysis.
