The Job

This role involves advising clients on various construction law matters, including contract drafting, risk management, and dispute resolution. You will be responsible for handling contentious and non-contentious work, including construction litigation, adjudications, and alternative dispute resolution (ADR).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising clients on a range of construction law matters.

  • Handling contentious and non-contentious work, including construction litigation, adjudications, and alternative dispute resolution (ADR).

  • Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating construction contracts, professional appointments, and warranties.

  • Providing legal support on project delivery and regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

  • NQ-4 years' PQE with experience in construction law from a well-regarded firm.

  • Strong technical knowledge of construction contracts, adjudication, and dispute resolution.

  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.

  • A commercial mindset with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.

  • A proactive approach to professional development and team collaboration.
