Job Description:

As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating electrical works on large-scale data centre projects. You will work closely with the site lead planner to develop and implement project programmes, ensuring timely completion of tasks and optimal resource allocation.

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems, as well as experience in using Primavera P6 software. They will also have excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Support project managers in developing and executing project programmes
  2. Produce forensic planning and delay claim analysis documents
  3. Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems
  4. Relevant 3rd level qualification
  5. Minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience (preferably including M&E contracting experience)
  6. Experience in Primavera P6 software required (min 5 years)
  7. Ability to interrogate and challenge main contractor/general contractor programmes
  8. Able to support multiple projects simultaneously
  9. Able to read and understand M&E drawings
  10. Microsoft Excel intermediate to expert level
