Campus Support Associate

About the Role:

The Campus Support Associate plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our campus community.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent service to residents and guests, responding promptly to their queries and concerns.
  • Maintenance and Facilities: Maintain facilities to guarantee a secure and safe environment for everyone on campus.
  • Community Engagement: Contribute to the overall campus ethos by supporting a friendly and inclusive atmosphere for students and guests throughout the academic year and summer seasons.
Work Schedule:

This is a varied shift pattern role that includes mornings, afternoons, and nights, spread across seven days a week.

Working Hours:

A standard 39-hour working week is expected.

Remuneration:

Fortnightly salary scale of €1336.04 - €1506.15, aligned with current government pay policy.
