The hotel is a 4-star establishment located in Athlone, part of a reputable luxury hotel group known for outstanding guest service, award-winning dining, and excellent facilities.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring high standards are met across all departments.
  2. Lead and support departmental managers, promoting a culture of collaboration and accountability.
  3. Monitor financial performance and drive revenue growth.
  4. Ensure health and safety, hygiene, and quality standards are adhered to at all times.
  5. Support HR functions including recruitment, training, and staff development.

Requirements:
