Duties and Responsibilities:- Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring high standards are met across all departments.
- Lead and support departmental managers, promoting a culture of collaboration and accountability.
- Monitor financial performance and drive revenue growth.
- Ensure health and safety, hygiene, and quality standards are adhered to at all times.
- Support HR functions including recruitment, training, and staff development.
- Manage guest feedback and implement strategies to improve service and satisfaction.
- 3+ years' experience in a senior operations or departmental management role within a hotel environment.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
