Job Description:

As a Night Hygiene Operative, you will play a key role in maintaining a safe and compliant production environment. This involves ensuring that the factory is always audit-ready and production can run smoothly, safely, and to the highest quality standards.

You will be responsible for cleaning production areas using specialist equipment and approved chemicals, following all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and hygiene protocols, and keeping equipment and work areas clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, good command of the English language, both written and spoken, and a positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean production areas using specialist equipment and approved chemicals
  • Follow all SOPs and hygiene protocols
  • Keep equipment and work areas clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times
  • Work in line with safety, quality, and workflow guidelines


Required Skills and Qualifications:

A strong work ethic and keen eye for detail are essential for this role. Good command of the English language, both written and spoken, is also required. A positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills are important as you will be working closely with your team to meet cleanliness and readiness targets.

Previous experience in a manufacturing or hygiene role is desirable but not essential.
