Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Catering Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about quality food and excellent customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in food preparation and presentation, and set-up of the venue
- Provide exceptional customer service and create memorable experiences for the guests
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and service areas at all times
- Work effectively with colleagues and managers for the smooth running of operations
- Monitor and maintain stock levels with a proactive approach
- Enforce high standards of hygiene and food safety

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in similar position within the hospitality sector is an asset
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow instructions and adapt to fast-paced environments
- Excellent customer service skills
- Food Safety and HACCP certification
