Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic childcare professional to fill this position. The ideal candidate should have current experience in childcare and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, coordinate, and direct activities for children aged 2-6 years.
  • Collaborate with management to implement and maintain services and programs.
  • Coordinate activities suitable for this age group.
  • Ensure a safe, secure, and healthy environment for children's care and welfare.
  • Provide holistic care for children.
  • Promote an organized, clean, safe, and culturally sensitive learning environment.
  • Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff.
  • Adhere to established policies and procedures for best practice.
Qualifications & Requirements

To be successful in this position, applicants must:

  • Hold a minimum Level 5 qualification in Childcare or equivalent.
  • Have practical experience in a childcare setting, advantageous.
  • Hold First Aid and Manual Handling certifications, advantageous.
  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrate a desire to learn throughout their career due to the industry's nature.
  • Display a genuine love of children.
