Food and Beverage Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Operations Manager to join our team. If you have experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead our food and beverage operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences and achieving high standards of quality and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will oversee the daily management of our restaurants, bars, kitchens, and event spaces, leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with other departments to drive business growth and excellence.

  • Operational Management:
    • Manage daily food and beverage operations across all outlets, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
    • Lead team members to achieve high levels of service, compliance with SOPs, and continuous improvement.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and achieve business objectives.
  • Stock and Financial Control:
    • Manage inventory, suppliers, and financial performance to achieve targets and maximize profits.
    • Monitor stock levels, review procurement processes, and optimize inventory management.
    • Maintain accurate cash handling, credit card transactions, and secure storage procedures.
  • Team Leadership and HR:
    • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional results.
    • Lead team communications, scheduling, and performance reviews to drive employee engagement and retention.
    • Oversee HR matters, including probation, disciplinary actions, and staff wellbeing initiatives.
  • Guest Experience and Quality Control:
    • Deliver consistent service excellence, meeting audit standards and exceeding guest expectations.
    • Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance the overall guest experience.
    • Maintain high hygiene standards, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for guests and employees.
  • Event Coordination:
    • Lead food and beverage operations for events, ensuring alignment with client expectations and delivering exceptional results.
    • Collaborate with the events team on logistics, menus, and service delivery to exceed client expectations.
    • Oversee accurate billing and post-event reviews to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Strategic and Financial Planning:
    • Contribute to quarterly events calendar development and annual planning to drive business growth.
    • Support menu planning and development with the Group Head Chef to enhance offerings and drive sales.
    • Participate in budget development and operational strategy to drive business excellence.
  • Systems Management:
    • Proficient in Micros, Procure Wizard, Tenzo, Alkimii, Ever Guest, and financial software to streamline operations and drive efficiency.
