We are seeking an experienced and adaptable Relief Chef to join our team in Waterford. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced kitchen environments, enjoys variety, and is passionate about food.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Chef in high-volume or fast-paced kitchens, with strong culinary skills and the ability to hit the ground running in new environments. They will be flexible to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook high-quality meals in accordance with menu and client specifications.
  • Maintain consistency and quality across different kitchens and service styles.
  • Ensure food is prepared in line with HACCP standards and all health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef in high-volume or fast-paced kitchens.
  • Strong culinary skills and the ability to hit the ground running in new environments.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts - early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
