Operations Management Role

We are seeking a results-driven and process-oriented professional to lead our operational transformation. This is a pivotal role in driving meaningful change within our organization.

As Operations Manager, you will play a critical part in establishing robust processes, improving operational efficiency, and embedding a performance-driven culture across the business.

You will work closely with the Site Director and UK Team to identify opportunities, implement solutions, and deliver measurable results. Your focus will be on leading cross-functional teams, managing complex projects, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage direct labor and materials usage.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify inefficiencies and implement standard working practices.
  • Introduce and embed new systems, technologies, and performance metrics.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Build and lead high-performing teams with a focus on accountability and innovation.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in an operations leadership role, preferably with a focus on transformation or change management.
  • Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution capabilities.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with a track record of delivering measurable improvements.
